This outstanding home is decorated with a mountain flair, complete with the soaring 25-foot windows which make up the entire wall of the large great room, the two ample dining areas and the large, easily accessible kitchen. Original and unique artwork grace the walls in every room.

For your convenience the free on-call shuttle will take you to your destinations within the resort or you may connect with the Summit Stage which provides public transportation throughout Summit County including to the ski areas of Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Arapahoe Basin as well as to the many fine restaurants and shops in the neighboring towns. For your enjoyment, this property also provides access to the 80-mile-long Summit County Bike Path, which runs along the Snake River and continues all the way to Vail.

Upon entering this gracious home, the large, raised entryway provides a striking view of the great room with its cozy wood burning fireplace and towering windows. This huge room, with its two-story cathedral ceiling, is furnished with several couches and chairs arranged in seating areas, each with its own wonderful focal point or mountain view.

A large dining table with seating for six to eight, with outstanding views over the mountains, is located to one side of the great room, and there is also a half bath and a laundry room on the main level. The big, fully-equipped kitchen is open to the great room, and it is complete with island, ample counter space, many cabinets and an additional eating area for six to eight people. Just off the great room is a huge, furnished, wrap-around deck that seems to hang out toward the river, offering outstanding views that are without equal.

The six bedrooms are all of good size, each with a private bathroom, a cable TV, a mountain view, and all enjoy the sound of the Snake River. The main-floor master bedroom, with its king bed and two person Jacuzzi bath, is quite spacious with a double-sided gas fireplace that adds a cozy ambience to both the bedroom and the five-piece bathroom that also includes a two-person glass brick shower.
The very private second bedroom, which has a queen-size four-poster bed, opens off a loft with an office area above the great room. Downstairs, Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and is decorated with ski trophies and the mementos of many championship races. The Bedroom 2, with its southwestern décor sleeps up to three with two twin beds and an additional twin mattress. These two twins can be pushed together and with a bridge, can be made up as a king-sized bed.

The Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and it is a charming room with a delightfully feminine touch. Extra sleeping accommodations are provided by two floor mattresses and a twin rollaway. There is also a separate den with a TV, a queen-size sleeper sofa and a daybed set into a wide window with views to the river.

The Studio is actually an elegant and spacious studio apartment with a private entry. It is complete with a small but full kitchen with granite countertops and eating area, a sitting area with full convertible futon sofa, a comfortable queen bed, office area with desk and a bath with a shower. This private apartment is also accessible from a hallway in the main house.
